How I Became A Coach
I always knew deep down that I wanted to be an entrepreneur. My first job at 12 was selling makeup door to door. It didn’t last long and I’m sure my clients giggled about my attempt to be an adult, but when I reflect, it held clues to the work I do today. After 25 years working for large financial organizations in branch management and human resources, I ventured out to my sweet spot in 2008, which is coaching.
Now with years of experience in varied sectors working from middle to senior leaders, I see the common challenges businesses and not-for-profits face and how they can impact people. We have everything we need to be successful, but sometimes our chaotic world can blur the lines of sight. I am inspired by working with individuals and teams to build trust in themselves, find their strengths and take action to achieve positive growth.
